I will demo how to cut an onion and the differences between onions. He will show how to properly sharpen, hone, store and clean your knives. Ed will tell you which knives you really need --surprisingly few- plus introduce you to the newest and the coolest knives to add to your collection when you need a "knife fix" (as I often do).
