Dear Java Lovers,
Historians have said that we were a tea drinking young nation, happily sipping away until that infamous Boston Tea party. Then Americans began drinking coffee to distance themselves from the dastardly British, and I am sure glad we did! I like tea at times, but let's put it in perspective: sometimes I will get up way earlier than my weary body wants just because I crave coffee so much. I know many of you can relate!
I am excited to sell Jura/Capresso ,coffee makers. These machine use real beans, not capsules. Why choose Jura over all the myriad of coffee makers out there? Jura is a Swiss company. You know those Swiss are very precise, what with all their watch making skills, clocks, tidy chalets and super clean cities. It is the same for Swiss coffee makers. The Jura/Capresso machines send hot water through the ground coffee beans with 15 bars of pressure. That is hard and fast in coffee speak, forcing the beans to give the utmost from themselves. The water is searingly hot all the way through the process because high heat is crucial to garner the maximum amount of oil from the beans. Cheap coffee makers begin fairly hot, yet don't keep the temperature up through the whole process. All the Jura/Capresso coffee grinders, many built into the machine depending on which machine you chose, are burr grinders. A burr grinder turns the beans as it grinds, producing as much flavor from the bean as possible. Most other grinders just grind as the beans drop through. And although Jura's fine machines are built with coffee in mind, the company does have a soft spot for tea drinkers and has not shunned you. If you want a nice cup of hot water for tea or instant hot chocolate, the hot water line is separate from the coffee line, so you never have a coffee taste in the tea. I even sell Capresso Hot water carafes, to heat your water up in a flash. There are many price levels in the Jura/Capresso machines. We have the second to the highest to demonstrate to you and make you coffee, but there are great coffee machines for every pocketbook. One I especially love is the individual coffee machine with the to-go cup. Using a scoop of real coffee in the small removal filter instead of using some capsule that has been sitting in a warehouse for who-know-how-long, just press the on button , wait a tic, then take your thermal cup of superior coffee with you. What a cool gift!
If La Dolce is going to sell coffee makers, we must provide you with amazing coffee to go with it, right? Our customers are so happy with the Stauf's coffee we sell. Staufs is a micro roaster in Columbus, Ohio. Talk about coffee and tea nerds! They know everything there is to know about coffee and would talk about it until my phone battery died if I would let them. Lest you think I am complaining, it is truly comforting to have someone that knowledgable in your corner. The people at Staufs roast the coffee, the very day I call, on gas fired roasters and ship it to us overnight. That is how fresh it is. When you look at the beans, you can see how much oil is on them. They are not dried out because they have been sitting around. (One well known coffee company ages their coffee for months to make it very strong. That is dried out coffee, plain and simple!) We sell many varieties of coffee from decaf to espresso. Ask us; we can help you find something that makes you say, "Let this amazing day begin!"
